After production, each air filter goes through a series of tests to guarantee optimal performance. Gas flow resistance testing, along with filter paper thickness, weight, and tensile strength, are tested using the latest inspection tools before leaving our facility.
Why Compo's HEPA filters is True HEPA filter?
HEPA filter material is the core of true HEPA filters. Compo uses H13 HEPA filter material to make HEPA filters for our valued customers. Our synthetic HEPA filter paper is tested by TSI8130 and the efficiency is over 99.97% @0.3um with pressure drop lower than 30pa. The HEPA paper is made in our own factory and we always keep the stable quality of the HEPA filter paper. Below is some test data. The airflow is 32L/Min, the P is short for pa which is the air resistance. The right data after pis Penetration rate for 0.3um particles.
We will also test the efficiency and pressure drop of the finished HEPA filters to make sure they reach 99.97% before delivery.
Productioin time and Shipping time
We produce HEPA air filters fast as we use automatic machines in most processes Let’s explore the whole process of manufacturing HEPA filters and shipping.
1. Design and manufacturing time
We design the sizse and strcuture of air purifier HEPA filter according to customers' request. Then we prepare raw material to arrange the mass production. The total time takes about 25-35 days for container quantity.
2. Packing and boxing all products time
We put the air purifier filter in pe bag , then in color box and then put in three-layer corrugated carton. It takes within 5 days to package the air filters.
3. Custom declaration and loading time
Compo work with professional forwarder to arrange the Customs declaration and loading.Ususally within one week can finish Customs declaration before vessel depart from port
4. Sea and land transportation time
Shipping time on the sea depend on the sea port which is nearest to customers' company. The time varies from 7-35 days. After container reach port, you will receive message from forwarder and then you can plan to collect the goods.
