The function of the air purifier filter is measured by the CADR value of the air purifier, below is the step-by-step process of how we test the CADR value of the air purifier filter.
Before testing the CADR value of the air purifier filter, we need some Pre-test preparation.
Put the air purifier filter in the air purifier. The test is in the closed 30m3 test chamber, place the air purifier in the appropriate position in the test chamber (i.e. avoid the air outlet, distance from the wall about 1.0m, relative to the experimental chamber height of about 1.2m) and adjust to the working state, test the normal operation, and then close the sample machine. Control the test chamber temperature (about 25℃) and humidity (40%~60%).
Purify test cabin: close the cabin door, open the laser particle dust counter (Y09-301 type), and open the auxiliary purifier purification test cabin in the number of dust particles (particle size ≤ 0.3μm, the following particle size are subject to this) less than 1000.
After the preparation, release solid particles: the lit cigarette into the test chamber to release particles, when the number of solid particles in the test chamber of about 220,000 (about burning half a red double happiness cigarette) to stop releasing smoke, and closed the test chamber, open the ceiling fan are with stirring smoke 5min.
Purify solid particles: adjust the air purifier to the maximum wind speed working state, open the laser particle dust counter and record the change of the number of solid particles in the test chamber by printing function.
Result recording: When the laser particle dust counter shows the number of particles greater than 100,000 and the number of solid particles closest to 100,000 at the same time as the first set of data for the test results, record a set of data every two minutes and continue to test 10 sets of data as the test results.

We design the air purifier filter according to customers' request. Then we prepare raw material to make the air purifier filter. The total time takes about 25-35 days for container quantity.
