The spray booth filters in a paint booth need to be changed approximately every 100 hours to ensure that they’re working properly. Depending on the operation conditioning of the booth, they may need to be changed more frequently.
The quantity of paint booth filter to be loaded in a 20ft container depend on the roll size. If standard roll size 2*20m PA50mm , can load about 280 rolls in a 20ft container.
Usually we can make 20ft container qty within 10 days and 40ft container qty within 20 days.
If production lines are crowded with too many orders. the time may delay one week.
